Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Hriddhiman Mukherjee, trading as Velocus (referred to as “VELOCUS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). VELOCUS is based in India and is responsible for deciding how personal information collected through this website is used.

Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate this website and respond to genuine business enquiries:
- Your name, email address, project details, and optional referral information when you use the contact form.
- Information you choose to include in later email or business correspondence.
- Limited technical information processed by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and diagnostic logs.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential business material through the initial contact form.
How we use information
Personal information may be used to:
- respond to your enquiry and assess whether VELOCUS is a suitable partner;
- communicate about a possible or active engagement;
- keep appropriate business and correspondence records;
- protect the website, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot delivery problems; and
- meet applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use contact-form details for unrelated advertising.
Service providers and international processing
We use specialist providers to host and secure the website and to deliver contact-form messages. The current contact workflow sends enquiry details through Resend, our email delivery provider. Our providers may process information in countries outside India under their own security and data-protection commitments.
We disclose information to advisers, authorities, or other parties only when reasonably necessary to protect rights, comply with law, or operate the business.
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not become active engagements are ordinarily reviewed for deletion within 24 months of the last meaningful contact.
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance about how your information is handled.
